Requests and bookings
Submitting a contact, booking, or application form starts a conversation — it does not create a care agreement. Care begins only after we confirm availability, complete an assessment, and agree on a plan and schedule with you in writing.
Scheduling and changes
Availability, visit times, and caregiver assignments may change. We will tell you as early as possible about any change and work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Your responsibilities
Please share accurate information about the care needed, keep us informed of changes, and provide a safe environment for caregivers in the home.

The Passion & Care name, logo, text, and images on this site belong to Passion & Care and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Passion & Care is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits responsibilities under the care agreements we sign with clients.
