We use your information to respond to your inquiry, arrange and coordinate care, schedule visits, review job applications, and keep families informed. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information is shared only with the people who need it to provide the care you requested, such as the caregiver assigned to your family, or when we are required to share it by law.
Please share only the health details necessary for us to understand the support needed. Any health information you provide is treated as confidential and handled with the same care as the rest of your personal information.
We keep inquiry, booking, and application details only as long as needed to serve you, maintain accurate care records, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
